I recall they had alternative-radio hit of sorts back in 1994, "Screenwriter's Lament" or something like that. It was spoken-word over old noir-style sounds, about going to California to meet a model & making a movie, etc. Few years later heard "Super Bon Bon" and found it very catchy & compelling. Didn't like their song about black helicopters, though. Recently heard on radio episode of music & interview show w/ guest Mike Doty (the lead singer)-he did a solo album. His song with the chorus "sometimes I feel like taking out a Starbucks" was in heavy rotation on a local station for several months.
