How many of you find that song annoying? Everytime it's on the radio I just want to change the station. Worst yet, it gets stuck in my head. Ahh!!

I actually think Lady Gaga has some catchy tunes. Good driving music :) Wouldn't really listen to her music any other time.

Nothing wrong with California Girls or Lady Gaga, I can't stand Brittany or boy bands which
is a joke since when have you ever seen a boy band that actually played instruments

Never heard it before, but I just looked it up and have to agree with the OP, it's the kind of crap I can't stand.

While it's annoying, it's sadly true. I just spent a weekend trip in California, and California girls do, in fact, wear Daisy Dukes with bikinis on top.

The Beach Boys annoy me.

Bubble gum music...

EXACTLY what I came here to post.

As for the misspelled song, it's really bad, but really no worse than any other pop hit that gets shoveled out.

I agree with the Magnetic Fields.

I do not like this song... And I kind of like Katy Perry.
I don't like how everyone where I live (in Minnesota) is completely obsessed, even though the subject matter is completely irrelevant to their lives. They are not California girls, so why do they like it so much?? Most of these people who like it have never even set foot in California.

I couldn't make out the lyrics in the Magnetic Fields vid.
People like California Gurls because it's popular. Lots of people wish they wer famous & California is the #1 place for fame
