Yeah, there's an obvious similarity. I think they just sampled the melody from that song. Happens often. I don't think anything was "stolen".

Very similar, but I'd agree with the last guy. Sampling happens all the time and it's not really plagiarism. I even heard from my guitar teacher that some bands who hear a song and really like it will play it backwards and call it their own.
