I bought "shadow of the torturer" by Gene Wolfe as i liked the look of the cover, and it had a recomendation by Ursula LeGuin on it, it is one of the best books I have ever read! I got halfway through in a day. Has anyone read the others or heard of it, i would be curious to know.

thanks, I havent heard of that one. I love the novel where he falls in love with the woman he is guarding, it is so gripping. And i liked how the torturers school were outcasts. It was so sad how he helped the woman prisoner he befriended.
