Savasana yoga music.
Used by my teacher at end of yoga session.

The pose is also called
Corpse Pose.
It helps lower the volume on my monkey chattering brain.

Heay Metal. Crunchy, sycopated, Loud.

Machine Head, Testament, Earth Crisis, Grip Inc., Life of Agony, Immortal, are all solid go-to's

If crunchy isn't needed, then King Diamond is all I need.
