I write down in my journal every day my emotions and experiences. How about you? I actually enjoy writing because I was told I was one of the best cursive writers in the school.

captain i like to encourahe aspies and you are right to be proud of your aspiness, i am too.
but your not normal.
im proud to be aspreger and autistic and i find the emotionalk baggage an dinability of normal people to accop0lish things a burden i wouldnt describe myself as.
also it affects your self awareness if you believe your normal and simultneously know your not.
be proud to be aspie but we are not normal. lets not fool ourselves, for soem it is a burden for others it is kinda liberating.
not critisicm, just an observation.
