This thread is about songs that used to bug the crap out of you when you were a kid. If they still bug you that's ok.

I still have one song that I distinctively remember that used to bug the s**t out of me when I was a kid:

In the air tonight by Phil Collins. I used to associate Mercury Halide bulbs warming up when the song begins with that Roland drum beat. I always did, which is kind of odd. The part of the song that really scared me was where he sings "I REMEMBER". I wasn't really creeped out that much until I saw the video. That part where his face is colorized also bugged me for some reason.

The song/vid One by Metallica made me afraid when I was little. I'm not quite sure why but it seems ironic because I can kinda relate to it nowadays. I posted it in a few threads about AS songs I can relate to & stuff

I was also afraid of Prince & Queen. Which is kinda ironic too because some people think I'm gay nowadays because I am not a masculine guy. I'm still not a fan of most of their stuff

Good song, I also don't mind a bit of Prince and Queen though.

The title (and the chorus' line) means: "draw yourself (to a female) a moustache".
Apparentley, according to my friends, I'm not the only one that the chorus scared him, with the way that the singer sings it.

But the whole "tzayriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii lach safam" thing is really scary.

I just listened to that 'tzayri lach safam' video just as my two cats were having an epic fight, it was hilarious.
In fact I would suggest as a remedy that whoever is scared of a particular song, that they should watch two cats doing battle whilst listening to it. It will make all fears vanish, to be forever replaced with a feeling of sheer greatness.

Hotel California by the Eagles used to scare me as a kid. I used to like the song but the words chilled me. I didn't know at the time what California was but I knew it was something in America. So I assumed they were singing about a haunted hotel in America where the guests can never leave. But to this day it is my favourite single of all time.

The song that starts "Life's like a movie, write your own ending" off of the Muppet Movie soundtrack album. It goes into a solo drumbeat, and then ends with a random quote from the Swedish chef - and it terrified me as a child, I would run and hide with my hands over my ears. :?:

This one DDR song called Max 300. Accompanied by the video which shows metal spiked balls with words floating across the screen that reads "pain" and "fear" or something like that.
