Always following your dreams, no matter the cost
Understanding the deepest patterns of the Universe
The ones who hope, who dream, who do, who try
Imagining a better world, one that doesn't pry and torture
Seeing the opportunity for a better future
The ones who fail, who lose, who fall, who die
Intelligence and Exclusion; the blessings, the curse
Coveting the friendship, that upon us is lost

It's beautiful!!

The one I had thought of is (more particular than general):
anxiety
sensory processing disorder
particular topic obsession
executive function deficit
reduced reading of social clues
giftedness
eye contact issues
repetitive behavior
sensitivity

but it is not a poem
