I know you're out there. If you like the Cure, know of the Cure, drool over the Cure, dream about Robert Smith, write fanfictions about the Cure, or anything Cure related, this is for you.

I'd love to get to know all of you!

I have that 'Staring at The Sea' Greatest hits thingamajig, which I like quite a lot.

I have a friend who constantly tells me to buy/download Pornography (the album!).

What do you recommend?

I always found this song to be amazing, with the bleak lyrics, chilling atmosphere, and heavy tribal beat.

Oh well, maybe not; try again...

Lovesong's ok. I liked Snake River Conspiracy's cover.

Disintegration is actually my overall favorite Cure album. Snake River Conspiracy's cover of "Lovesong" isn't bad, but I really love Jack Off Jill's version.

That's Soft Cell, not The Cure.

That's Soft Cell, not The Cure.

It was in the discography Torrent I DLed & labeled The Cure on YouTube. I never heard of Soft Cell

Oh, well they were a British New Wave band in the 80s, but I wasn't aware that The Cure had done a cover of Tainted Love. The person who made the video must have made a mistake.

edit: I got it wrong, this was the original: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSehtaY6k1U
Not Soft Cell, sorry about that misinformation.

^Thank you for clearing that up, I was just about to say that :]

I love the Cure. I have two Cure shirts and both are so worn that they have holes in them, haha. I can't remember how I discovered the Cure, but I've always liked them.

This is my favorite version of "Tainted Love." The sound really fits the desperation of the lyrics. Sorry... not trying to derail...
