How can I learn how to do growls like he does in this song? Thanks!

I really would like to learn how to speak and sing in growls without breaking my vocal cords!

FYI, don't expect to be able to sing like that very soon, Mark Jansen's singing is the result of many years of practice/talent.
That said this guide fairly good. You might also want to read this.

Oh my God, lol. Sorry about that, I was tired and saw Bruce in your signature and didn't realise it was a quote!

Well I tried it but I can't do it. I accidentally did it once but then I wasn't able to do it again.

All i can add to that is, practice. I couldn't at first, but i whenever i am driving i listen to music with death growls, and i try and sing along (great way to relieve stress btw ), it gets a bit easer every time.

Do you think I'll be able to change the growling voice like Jansen does it?

Quite easy, all he's doing is moving the pronunciation from the back of the throat for the gutteral parts, to the front of the mouth for the higher pitched parts. The whispered parts indicate that they're using a lot of compression to boost the dynamics to an audible level.

Here's a good way to do some 90's style hardcore screams, hatebreed for example.

Just yell loudly at kind of a low pitch.
