I'm not sure if this is normal, but has anyone else received panic attacks while drawing, or studying art? I get these every now and then, and it disturbs me a lot, because I like to draw, but I receive such a hard time focusing because of the clenching feeling that i have to stop.

If anyone has the same problem, how do you... learn to deal with this?

You're in a rush to finish your drawing. Slow down and enjoy the process. :)

Happens to me sometimes too, but it's more frustration than panic. I've got to learn to slow down as well. :P

I get post traumatic stress from drawing because when I was in school I used it as an escape from bullies.
They used to tear up my drawings and slam my entire body up against the wall. Now I cant even draw or do any kind of art at all.
Maybe your problem is post traumatic stress?
