That's just beautiful, Sweetleaf. Thanks.
As for me; gotta be a Dylan cover. This is Stonehoney, Jimmy LaFave and Red Molly doing I Shall Be Released

Here are two of my favorites....I'll be honest I'm a total cover-song-addict lol. Absolutely loved that version of Dylan's song too, MountainLaurel!!

I love the dog in this video lol, not to mention the song

Dang, Stargazer, now you've got me up waaay late listening to Sandy Denny. What a pleasure. And that CSN&Y song; I assumed it was written by Stephen Stills, but no...Graham Nash.
Sandy Denny, Fairport Convention; (Sorry cain't help it)

I'm not a fan of cover versions, but occasionally one will take my interest.

Walk off the Earth - Somebody That I Used To Know (Gotye & Kimbra)

First Aid Kit - Tiger Mountain Peasant Song (Fleet Foxes)

This is my favorite I can think of off-hand.

I don't particularly like either Grateful Dead or Lyle Lovett in general, but this cover is awesome.

Staind's cover of Tool--Sober is great too:

I've never been a big fan of Staind either (although I do like Tool a lot) but Staind has some dope acoustic covers--see also "Nutshell" by Alice in Chains and "Comfortably Numb"

this is a version of a 1970's australian song sung by helen reddy. it is not to everyone's taste and i am not interested in the meaning of the song, but i like it.

it is sung by vanessa amorossi who is an australian pop singer. it is well done, but i think she goes a bit overboard near the end. the old lady in the audience is the original singer
