Ruki Vverh - Pesenka, made in 1998


Oddly, I feel like both songs are equally good. The Ruki Vverh one has I think a slightly better more complex sounding instrumental, but really, for me it's kinda hard to decide which one is legitimately "better."

I don't know if anyone really cares about this sorta thing, but I figure the ATC version is somewhat well known, but I was just really surprised when I heard the Russian version.
