anyways, if you're not familiar, Skylar wrote for Fort Minor and the song Love the Way You Lie. I personally would recommend this to anyone who needs influence doing creative songwriting and be inspired to write music you want to put out to begin with. Or just comforting music that makes you feel good when you need a warm bath or need to kick back in your room after a hard day or any such thing. If you really want to delve into the realm of singer songwriters like her DEFINITELY get a Pandora account--free and just get an account and use Holly Brook/Skylar Grey (i think it's Gray...dang) as the keyword for your first online station. If you want to hear what she sounds like first here's a vid with lyrics of hers, and an actual video she put out (that's a tad bit touchy, if you don't like kind of edgy vids you might not like it, and it's more emotional then her first album) you'll like to get an idea. You'll be pulled into her style once you hear her voice too. It's awesome.
