Has anyone else read this magnificent novel on the life of two characrers that are unable to connect as a result of their autism type problems? I reckognized a lot, with a shock realized I might have asperger ...

Yes I've read it.

I liked the central theme of the book, the idea that the two main characters were like a pair of prime numbers (e.g 29 and 31). Both different from the 'normal' numbers, but not quite close enough to touch.

An interesting analogy I thought.
