..." That Scrambled Word Game " .
Does anybody play , or just follow , this comic strip/puzzle combination ?
I could say that , as a comic strip , it tends to appear in parts of the newspaper away from the comic strips , however , I suppose my technological behindness/poor-ness is underlined by mentioning a paper newspaper , I suppose " nobody " here - ha ha - ever picks up a " dead trees " newspaper... :? :P
Anyhow , it's this feature which combines a scrambled word thing with a little cartoon , and the scramb;ld pords fitminto a sentence commenting on the comics panel . I never try to unsramble the words , perhaps this is something Aspie about me - " Childlike " ??????? - , though I am a big reader and very verbally oriented I , essentially , NEVER do anagrams/crossword puzzles/word puzzles/the like...........

Actually, the Daily Jumble is available online at shockwave.com. You can make an account, I think you have to pay something for that, but it is available without an account, you just have to sit through a short advertisment before the site gives you the puzzle.

I don't do the jumble myself - I'm not good at it. I do other puzzles on that site, that's how I know what's on there.

I've done the jumble before but I prefer the crossword puzzle. My mind is fairly agile with the written word as far as moving things around in my mind so I can look at it and try different combinations. I've gotten into the jigsaw puzzle on the msnbc webpage in entertainment. I don't look at the preview-I like to see what it is as it develops.
