well, I'm writing a story, but I'm worried about how to show readers that two of my female characters actually marry eatch other later in the story... so, basicly my characters, Annebell, and Tina, become adults and get married sometime later.
I figure it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm a little scared to write that part, simply becuase ya never know how people will react to such a thing... I mean, I don't have a problem to it, after all it's part of the story I'm writeing. I'm just looking for the safest way to reveal the two characters love for eatch other. Any thoughts?

I do not believe that you would cause an uproar if you were open about their relationship because homoromanticism is not a new concept to the literary world, and it is becoming more and more accepted in the outside one. It might turn people away from your story if the marriage becomes key to it, but these people aren't the one's who are likely to have a deep understanding of literature or anything else, and I gather that you do not want the novel to be labeled as simply as "lesbian fiction" by anyone. Still, it's understandable that you would want as many readers as possible.
If you don't want to go all-in, and you don't want to leave it out altogether, you'll have to try to imply a lot of the things in relationship with vague allusions (which can be hard) or just keep mentions of it short (assuming this is possible and the characters mentioned are not the most important members of the cast, and assuming that the story is fairly large) -- summarize things such as the marriage inside the middle of paragraphs not explicitly related to the marriage, or in short exchanges of speech which look back at the past, foreshadow the exchanges with larger events if it is possible to do that here.
Sorry if I'm not much help ^_^

Of course, if it's just a story and not a full length novel, there are several gay and lesbian publishers out there that will handle your story if it is well written. (See Duotrope). True, such a story wouldn't play well to the Kentucky coal mining community, but it's still worth a shot.

Just write the damned story.

If they are well rounded characters it would probably become obvious to the reader that the two characters are not typical heterosexual girls- from the way describe their growing up and how how their personalities evolve and such. So their eventual falling in love would become predictable, and thus not shocking. You might establish that one or both not gender typical in interests and cuts her short and goes to diesal mechanics school- am being a bit over the top here-but you know what i mean.
