Hello, Zodai here!

In this thread, we will do everything we can to compile as many writing guides as we can, as to alleviate the boredom of searching for them all the time.

In general, guides will be either plot, characters, setting, worldbuilding, etc. If we see one that doesn't fit, we'll make a new category. Multiple will be at the top, and will cover all-encompassing guides of more than a single category.

I'll add some later today. In the meantime, can you pick some up too? :3

I have added an extra one to multiple and see me returning here often. I can't remember for sure the others.

This Year You Write Your Novel, by Walter Mosley (Bill Clinton's favorite author).
Short but very concise book by an established author giving tips for writing habits, and examples of character and story development.

Ah - thanks!

I guess I forgot to upload some of these ;p

I'll go edit the list with a whole bunch of stuff right now!

Edit: I think I goofed up >< I forgot you could only edit a post within a certain amount of time after posting it D:

Maybe once the list gets more comprehensive, I'll add a new version. But for now, here's the larger list...
