given that this is this is the forum for writes I felt like posting a poem here for you to read it kind of reflects my frame of mind at the moment so enjoy(if that is the right word)

Lost in chaos

Lost in a swirling world of choas
Feeling the world crumbling beneath my feet
Struggling to cope with the chaos
Consumed by stress
Eaten alive by that which should by controlled
Fading into the blackness of my mind
Unable to see the light of those around me.

Unable to seek the help needed to survive this chaos
Over reaching the past
Defeated by the present
Chased off by the future

The only given in this world is the all consuming chaos
The darkness of fate and
All consuming shadow of the past
Possibly doomed to by repeated
No mater how much I struggle agents it

I am lost
Lost within the chaos
Beyond help.

the counsellor become the counselled
the predator, the prey
stripped of all power
she'll never last the day
wretched anonymity
death is vulnerability
aching continuity
aching as they cage my soul daily
