I want to write a fun series about Pokemon that turn human and live in a foster home with two parents (either a Mom or Dad, Dad or Dad, Mom or Mom) who all have troubled pasts. There would be about 8 of them. It would be about their daily lives and how they all grow and change.

Second one is fans of The Golden Compass. In a parallel world, two-three children live very different lives. But as war starts breaking out and the possible exist of there being a God. (opposite of the atheism in the books-sorry, slightly Christian here) it brings their pathways in life together as they to receive a Golden Compass. Not sure who to trust, what's right, what's wrong, they must depend on the strenght and shreds of hope through tragedy and terror they may face.

The other and last thing is at least want a writing partner for these two ideas and maybe Neopets. The Neopets one is about how the Neopets are like your kids, they are anthro, so they walk on two legs, talk, eat human food, etc.

I could help with the Neopets one! I own 20 Neopets and maybe some of my pets could star in your writing :D

If the Pokemon are going to be human and live in a human world, why are they Pokemon in the first place? What purpose does it serve?

I think how you actually carry out an idea is a lot more important than the idea itself. I'm not sure most of us could have done what Rowling did with:

An orphaned boy living with his hateful adopted family discovers that he's really a wizard and goes to a wizard school.
