I used to listen to her back in tha day, back when she was insanely popular and she had a song in every movie soundtrack.

The first time I ever heard one of her songs was in the Steve Martin movie "L.A. Story" years and years ago. Her song made that movie. "On Your Shore" was the that track. Thinking of that song makes me sappy for those old days when her music moved me.

She is a wonderful musician. And if you like her, check out the band whom she left for a solo career, "Clannad."

She did a really good version of Silent Night in Gaelic. I'm a sucker for anything in Gaelic.

Yeah, she did May it Be. If you have a video or DVD of Fellowship, just listen a little bit at the end credits.

Whenever I hear that song, I always think of Star.

May It Be got me into Enya when I heard it on the LOTR's soundtrak.

I really like Clannad's "Theme from Harry's Game". I think it's at least as good as any Enya track I've heard.
My favourite Enya track is probably "Caribbean Blue".

I love Enya, especially 'Amarantine', 'Evening Falls' and 'On Your Shore'
But my main love has been for CLANNAD, the group she was in originally. I have almost all of their albums and have liked them since I was a child and first heard them doing the music for a Uk tv show called 'Robin Of Sherwood'. There is something so very ethereal about some of their songs, yet others are very lively and much more modern. 'Dream In The Night' is one of my favourite Clannad songs and 'Blackstairs'...I love the whole Banba album.
