Ahem, sorry, no, I don't know that author. What genre is his work?

American Gods...no, wait, Neverwhere. Well, everything he writes is really good, but if I had to pick one I'd say American Gods.

If you'll allow it, i'd say Good Omens, if not then Stardust, though Neverwhere was also very good, and of course, his short stories in Smoke and Mirrors are great.

I have only read American Gods and it was AMAZING. I'll have to track down some more of his work soon.

Gaiman is one of my favorite authors. :D Neverwhere is my favorite, but I haven't read everything by him yet. I still need to read American Gods.

I loved American Gods, and I'm currently reading (and loving) Neverwhere. If The Sandman series counts, though, those are my favorites. I know those aren't novels so much as comics, but...yeah. I adore Neil Gaiman, and I want to read more by him in the future.

i love Neverwhere, and i think everything he creates is imaginative, probably because they are eerily simular to the worlds inside my head even though i lack the motor function to put it down in visual/written form
