There is an all female folk band called "the Wailin' Jennies".

But they are not actually a 'cover band'. Am not aware of them ever doing a Waylon Jennings songs.

I hate when cover bands do a cover of a cover. Like doing a cover of VanHalens version of The Kinks "You Really Got Me"
Or a cover of Jimi Hendrix's version of Bob Dylans "All Along the Watchtower"
