My sister-in-law asked me some time ago (about the same time she attacked me for not being able to find a job and accepting SSDI) if I knew any violin teachers willing to take on her daughter as a student. I did refer her to the director of instrumental studies and band/orchestra director of Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA (He, his wife, his brother-in-law, and I were classmates at IUP). While I have not heard back from him, I was thinking that my niece, who is low-functioning, might benefit from a violin teacher (and maybe even a piano teacher, since I recommended to said sister-in-law she start her daughter on piano) who is familiar with the methods of Shinichi Suzuki. The only Suzuki Violin teacher I know of in the area was a professor I had at Millersville University some 30 years ago. Unfortunately, I do not know whether she is still teaching, or if she is still alive. The only piano teacher I know of that had a student that was on the spectrum (the kid had Asperger's), is the director of the ecumenical choir I sing with. (As an aside, this director said the kid was doing quite well, until his behavior changed after being put on medications. Said student dropped out oh his studio when that happened.). Does anyone know of l web page that lists teachers, by state, that uses Suzuki's methods to teach violin, as well as piano?

I think instructors have to be trained and certified to teach Suzuki, so they should be listed here:

https://suzukiassociation.org/teachers/teacherloc/

That said, I tried my zip code to test it and my son's teacher didn't come up...so maybe it's not comprehensive. His teacher works through the schools, but you can also usually check at some of your local music stores (instruments, of course) and ask which teachers they usually recommend. And then you have to find out if the teacher has any experience or willingness to work with a student with ASD.

Good luck!
