Does anyone else here love piano music?

I have just bought a piano and am learning to play it (well I will when be when it is delivered). I have bought some books and 50 classical piano tracks on MP3 and of course will be be acquiring more in the future.

In the meantime here are some good youtube videos (will post them as I come across them for piano music lovers. Feel free to post stuff you have too).

Doesn't the piano sound beautiful?

The feeling of the keys beneath your fingertips is like having an orgasm...

*sighs*

I want my piano now...

It's not classical, per se, but George Winston's works on the Windham Hill record label were all entrancing.

Do feel free to spam as much as you like.

It's nice to see someone get excited over something or show passion for a subject. Or seem to anyway.

Passion seems to be a long lost thing in the world today.

I love the pianist Valentina Lisita. She has her own youtube channel.

You guys live two centuries ago. :P

I think it's Stephen Drury who plays this John Cage piece. It's perfect.

Andras Schiff RULES Bach and Scarlatti to my ear. LOVE LOVE LOVE listening to him play.... even if I am a sensory overload bad-a mood.

Debussy is my favorite piano composer for good emotion. Silliness sometimes. So is Poulenc. His music is just plain funnier to read though. They are both fun to play. Schubert's patterns are easier to memorize, however. Very important to flow.

Chopin piano concerto are my favorite.

Vivaldi is fun to dance with the babies to.

I like a lot of music but please don't make me listen to anything else if I'm in an icky mood. Warning! Rage might result. Give me the music I want or I'll throw a tantrum. Hear this HUSBAND! Nothing else! Not even the Ventures! :) Unless you are playing it, of course.
