This graphic artist's blog is the only one that can still make me smile when the blues get me. Check out her brilliant take on depression.

Loooove Hyperbole and a half. That and Homestar Runner (not really a blog but I consider it in the same category).

I even pre-ordered Allie's book a couple months before it was released.

I will check out Homestar Runner.

That piece of sweetcorn under the fridge!! !! !! !! ! Makes me smile every time I think of it. She is a living anti-depressant, can do so much with so few lines and words.

I also like Michael Leunig - don't know if he's on the net, he's published quite a few quirky books of cartoons, and his take on depression ("lifeache" as he calls it) is also fresh and insightful.

I have a friend who is long time depressed and says "no-one understands" - until I steered her to Hyperbole. She came back to me and said "Yep, she understands!"
