I dont actually know anyone who is inclined towards complex musical analysis. Im into modal jazz theory at the moment and am looking into the possibilities of composite modes and am about to start investigating how the intervallic properties of modes can be exploited harmonically.

Im also into Xenakis' stochastic processes - I aim to create an entire suite of electronic compositions which employ Xenakis' algorithmic generation schemes.

Anyone else share this passion for music science if you will? I'd love to get some conversation going!
