The Little Vampiress - new manuscript...

I'm looking into writing a new manuscript called "The Little Vampiress." I am making the setting during the American Civil War - during the Siege of Petersburg, during a battle called the Battle of Burgess' Mill. I've got my characters, plot and once I'm done with my manuscript, I'll be creating a new deviantArt account, and posting my chapters in my Journal.
The characters consist of:
1. Sgt. Christopher Parker - a soldier in the Richmond Purcell Artillery - General William Mahone's Division, General Ambrose Powell (A.P.) Hill's 3rd (III) Corps
2. Belinda Parker - his wife
3. Tiffany - their youngest daughter, known as "The Little Vampiress" later on in the manuscript
4. Deborah - their eldest daughter
...and others.
How long it will take for me to finish my manuscript, I don't know. All I do know is that now is the time I shall begin writing, soon.

Sounds quite interesting; good luck. My own literary projects drag on, as I often run out of steam, and start work on something else, so hopefully it's something you can avoid.

Sounds like an Anne Rice novel.
