This one is about a wind storm that hit Vancouver a while back. If i'm not mistaken, the 'people' being referenced in the song are actually some of the statues from Stanley Park.

That version is ok. I like it better than TOm Waits'. I think JOe does it best though (weird, becasue I like Tom Waits).

Do you always read it as Jokey Full of Bourbon? My eyes do that every time.
