I'm an aspiring journalist.

Is anyone else interested in this field of writing?

I took a few journalism classes in college, and I was told my writing is too big for jouralism, that I am more of a book writer than an article writer. And also that I use big words. Actually, I was told to dumb down my writing in one JCOM class. That was the last class I ever took from that silly department.

But go for it. Writing is fun.
