Have you performed (own texts) in a poetry slam? how are your experiences? I get the feedback from my friends that i don't convey or put the text across well to the audience, that i sound "driven" oder "chased", as if someone was hurrying me on stage- and that i need a lot of training/rehearsal , and my voice quivers- even when i don't feel afraid but relatively calm but still feel feel "driven" when i read texts out loud. Maybe an Aspie will never be able to win a poetry slam......
