I've really gotten into digital comics lately.

I'm using comixology for android and mostly reading Indy-ish stuff. I'm liking red5's Atomic Robo and the old pulp revival stuff from Dynamite, like Buck Rogers, the Phantom, etc.

I love webcomics!

My favorites are

pvponline.com (gamer humor, been running frequently for over ten years)
questionablecontent.com (indie drama)
johnnywander.net (beautiful day to day life one-offs, occasional whimsical story arcs)
meekcomic.com
harkavagrant.com (humorous history comics)
menagea3.net (adult humor drama)
oglaf.com (medieval fantasy humor)
octopuspie.com (existential young adult drama/comedy)
tacc.txcomics.com (whimsical woodland drama)
penny-arcade.com (gamer/nerd humor)
lovemenicecomic.com (beautifully drawn fantastical film industry drama)
frankensteinsuperstar.com (crass, smart, present-day monster theme)

Is Comixology any good? I don't have any portable devices but my laptop and I haven't heard much good from the computer app or itunes version so I don't know if I should use it or not.

Haven't checked Derelict lately, but that's only because I'm waiting for those new chapters to pile up.

The PC app is utter shite. However, I've got a Samsung Gal Tab s with a nice 2560x1600 screen. Comics look stunning and the app runs great.

If you only have a PC, you'll want to use the comixology website to read comics. If you want to see if it right for you, just go to the site and sign up. There are plenty of free comics to try and see if you like it.

I think comixology is great if you want to read comics, not so good if you like to collect them...

Still, id you are a reader, they have some GREAT $0.99 sales. I've got every issue of The Walking Dead and I've never paid more than a $/issue and a few times much less for omnibus editions.

For any Game of Thrones fans...

Comixology has both Hedge Knight comics on sale right now. They're definitely worth getting!
