If Spider-Man and Cat-Woman settled down in the suburbs and raised kids... would those kids eat rodents or bugs?

There's no right answer to a question like this...

More to the point: Why does Spider-Man, given that he is genetically modified to be more like a spider, shoot webs from his wrists? Spiders shoot webs from.... a different part of their anatomy..... Perhaps Spider-Man could do with a set of old-fashioned underwear with the flap at the back to facilitate the easy use of his genetically accurately-placed spinarettes? :?

Spider-Man doesn't shoot webs from his wrists. That's an inaccuracy propagated by the movies. In the comic books, he wears these devices on his wrists that shoot the web liquid, which Spider-Man makes by... well it was never really explained HOW he made it, but it is made artificially.

It comes out of his arse, but he diverts it to his wrists with tubes.
