Need help editing my novella
To whomever may be able to help,
I am currently crafting a novella loosely associated with a series of stupendous circumstances which graced my life cycle over this past summer. Unfortunately, the 70-odd pages currently crafted so far are riddled with grammatical and logical errors galore. I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to help consult with me and help me edit the text for grammatical/logical/creative errors and help advise me regarding potential endings (the 3 alternate endings I have crafted so far have no endings-in fact I have no clue how to effectively end any of them!) I wrote the book about a coked-out adventure three alcoholics in the FL keys had when a big bale containing several dozen kilos of pure cocaine washes up on an abandoned beach right into their possession. I am also working in a neuroscience lab investigating the neural correlates of addiction/addictive personalities and this project of mine has also somewhat become a meditation on a wet dream of an addictive personality (think: what would an addict/you do if twenty-odd kilos of pure cocaine wash up into your life for free). This book sprang out from 24-odd hours and 50K-odd words of manic magical word-play I pooped out over the course of the end of the summer days and now I'm trying to make rhyme and reason of what I have while trying to tie together loose ends. Unfortunately, its these loose ends that are chewing me alive alone; any and all help you, the beautiful aspies of this weird and wrong planet of ours, may be able to offer me would be appreciated beyond any thanks words can offer. Those who contribute considerably to the cause will be mentioned in the novel if/when it gets published (I can also offer my services/advice/correspondence/help regarding your own projects-in-progress as well if you'd like as another way of me saying thanks). Please feel free to PM me if you'd like to help-I would love to tell those interested in the work in progress more about the subject matter and can send sections out for editing if you'd like to help (even if you aren't good with editing, I would love to send out sections for you to read and review and advise me based on what you would like to see in the work as a consumer of my creation). I can also send out a rough draft of what I have (although I'd suggest working with it section-by-section for the sake of simplicity as 50,000-odd words can be quite a nightmare for any editor to tackle) upon request-please let me know what you would be comfortable working with.
Thank you again for your consideration, kindness, keen eyes, love and assistance,
-PainfulPleasure
