Songs that make you sob nearly every time you listen to them. Maybe you don't want to, but when you here them they force you to cry and you can't help it. Here are some I turn on when I need to bring myself to tears.

Everlast-What It's Like
Jason Carroll-Alyssa Lies
Jason Derulo-Whatcha Say
Green Day-Boulevard of Broken Dreams
Hollywood Undead-Several, but My Black Dahlia is probably the saddest.
Fort Minor-Where'd You Go
Faster Pussycat-House of Pain
Eminem-Like Toy Soldiers
The Band Perry-If I Die Young. This one is my favorite, the most depressing I've ever heard.
I think I've also come dangerously close to tears from You Found Me by The Fray.
I didn't count until the end, but there are ten on here that make a great top 10 list! If there's any you would like to add, then please share.

My turn to necro a bit!

Both of these are stupidly poignant, and yes, two times out of three they're like ipecac syrup for my tear ducts.

Martina Topley Bird - Phoenix

88.3 feat. Lisa May - Wishing On A Star (Urban Shakedown Full Mix)

I guess, I could name some that at times do so, because it does depend on the mood of course. And maybe not uncontrollably :D.

The Drums - Wild Geese
Radiohead- How To Disappear Completely
Radiohead- All I Need
Foals - Black Gold
Foals - Wear & Tear
These New Puritans - 5
These New Puritans - V (Island Song)
Joy Division - Decades
Douglas Dare - Whitewash
Manic Street Preachers - If You Tolerate This Then Your Children Will Be Next

I may note that in most cases it's about personal associations. Some songs just remind me all too vividly about some precious memory, moment, person, situation, whatever.

For me it's the,
Alex Parks version of Mad World,
KD Lang's cover of Hallelujah, and
Sarah McLachlan's "Rainbow Connection" that sort of completes the trio.
