Is there any good fiction about Aspergers?

I know that not every Aspy is the same, therefore it would be hard for either an Aspy or an NT to write a book that is going to strike true with everyone, but are there any that do a good job?

Just started Rosie Project and I am intrigued, but not seeing much of myself in it yet.

Do you identify with this professor who is confident that there are logical explanations for everything and logic can be applied to relationships, or are you aware of your limitations and a little gun shy of socialization?

There is.

There's this book about a "Curious incident of the Dog in the Night-Time."

It's a story about a somewhat stereotypical 15 year old kid who seems to have Asperger's/Autism-but it's handled well, in my opinion. It depicts the sensory issues of autism pretty well, in my opinion.

It is now a play on Broadway.

Mockingbird is about a girl with Aspergers who helps her dad get over the death of her brother who died in a school shooting. It's written from her point if view. I liked it.

I will try to check those out.

I was looking at a couple of reviews for Mockingbird just now. I try to look at the bad reviews vs the good. One mentioned three other books
Extremely loud and incredibly close (that titel certainly speaks to me)
The curious case of the dog in the night time
House rules

Anyone read any of those?

Thanks
I used to be into competitive battling with pokemon. I wanted to join smogon, but I wanted a user name that would tell people up front that I am an older guy, not a 12 year old. I didnt want people to think I am a creeper just because I play a "kids" game. So I came up with bald accountant. Then I formed a social group back in the days when Smogon had them called Bald Accountants Battle Arena.
I am not a great artist, but I like messing around with paint.
Maybe some time I will share some of my other creations.

I have a Machoke named Ryu and I still haven't evolved him yet. My favorite fighting type is Lucario. That mega evolution...

My ex and I were supposed to battle because we're both heavily into Pokemon.

I can't wait for 2016 because of the virtual console re-realese of Yellow, Red and Blue.

My 12 year old son told me that the virtual console games are coming out. Do you know there will be a trading mechanism? We are both pretty excited.

My favorite pokemon in general is gyarados - have to love something that evolves from a magikarp.
My favorite battling pokemon have to be togekiss first and dragonite second.
People always accused me of using haxx because of serene grace and air slash on the togekiss, but at a 60% chance of flinching, it is not exactly haxx. It might be painful to endure, but it is more likely to flinch than not. And it always softened up the opposing team for me.

My favorite battle format is triples. I love using trick room in triples with , once again a togekiss protecting with a follow me while my slowbro or slowking used trick room and my snorlax used belly drum.
I also liked to use water absorb teams.

I also like rotations.

I never really got into doubles, my mind just could not get it for some reason.

I have never read any good aspie fiction, and I have read quite a number of books searching for something good. It's all so stereotypical and over-exaggerated that I personally can't relate to the characters much if at all, plus NT authors always seem to use a very robotic way of thinking for autistic characters for whatever reason. The worst ASD book I've ever read was The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time, but it's good that other people can relate to it. I started but didn't finish The Rosie Project because it just didn't grab my interest.

I haven't read it, but I did watch the movie version of Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, and I could very much relate to the boy in the movie. I would imagine he is portrayed similarly in the book.

It's not a book, but the best fictional ASD portrayal I've ever seen is Brick in the TV show The Middle -- that character is very, very like me. He's still a little bit exaggerated now and then because it's TV, but he's realistic enough and easy for me to relate to.

However, like you said, everyone with ASD is different, so you never know what might appeal to someone else!
