If I need to make a list of songs that annoy me, I would be busy for hours. I don't see the point though. With the same efford I can write some positive feedback about music I love, rather than wasting my energy on negative reviews. Every music has its fans and I respect everyone's taste, rather than trying to convince someone how bad a specific band is, I rather try to promote the bands I do like and simply ignore the others. Those anti-websites you find about some artists or bands are such a waste of energy...

"Beverley Hills" by Weezer would be high on my list.

I wrote this one. A friend of mine who I have known for over 30 years recently heard it at another mutual friend's pad, and when I asked him what he thought about it, he asked for his three minutes back! HAHAHAHAHA

This song that has the chorus “you’re beautiful” that’s always played in grocery stores. Okay I looked it up, James Blunt. I think Weird Al made a parody changing the chorus to “you’re pitiful”. I wish they’d play that instead.

It's supposed to be an emotional song but I just find it annoying.

Where do I even begin? Can I just go ahead and say that most (c)rap and late 90's/early 2000's pop music (boy bands, Britney, that whole teeny bopper genre) bugs the crap out of me? Otherwise the list would get way too extensive.

Same here. The thing is, Weezer must be in my Top 30 favorite bands of all time and was the first concert I ever saw. But boy did they overplay that song to death.

I can think of a number of annoying "earworms," those songs that get stuck in your head and take forever to get out. The list is long and could go on for pages.

The grandaddy of all of those has to be "American Pie". I was so happy when Weird Al wrote better lyrics for it! :)

marshall - James Blunt - NOOOOOOO!! !

Some other non-faves:
I Get Weak - Belinda Carlisle (unpleasant old relationship associations)
Red Red Wine - UB40 (ditto, which is a shame because I actually don't dislike them)
Amelia - The Mission (creepy, creepy lyrics)

But the absolute winner of all time, for me, has to be 'All I Want To Do Is Make Love To You" by Heart. Boys...don't hitch-hike, there are dangerous crazy baby-hungry married women out there...

Anything by Katy Perry (Zero talent and completely calculated. She used to be a Christian pop singer, which makes her bad-girl shtick even more obvious. She is hot, I will give her that.)
"Pork and Beans" (Weezer was far better in the Blue Album era.)
Anything by a "scene" band (News flash: You all suck and your sh***y side-swept haircuts make you look like you took hairstyle tips from Hitler.)
Anything by the Simpson sisters (Dear god, why?)
Anything by an Internet celebrity (Jeffree Star, Tila Tequila, etc.)

Any Rave Music, listening to is exactly like having a cluster headache, so worse then a migrain
Cheesy Electro Disco, if it aint got any Base Guitar it gots no soul
White Mans Jazz, as lame as Laurence Welk
