If so, what's your favourite song(s)? Mine are Óveður, Gong, Bláþráður, Ísjaki, Hrafntinna, and Brennisteinn. I can't pick just one, they're all so good!

I used to like them a lot when I was a teenager. Grew tired of it later on, but I especially remember their fantastic live shows and that mysterious feeling they gave me. My favourite song is easily Svefn-G-Englar.

If you like Sigur Rós, be sure to listen to Mogwai. They have a bit of the same sound, but a bit noisier. Their latest album is really nice.

One of my favourite bands ever. I really struggle to pick favourite songs though.

Yeah, they are an album band in many ways. I also like ( ) because of the flow of the songs...

My favourite albums are Kveikur and Takk, but I really like the complexity of the songs on ( ).

I like them when I'm in the right mood. Maybe on a long drive. I tend to gravitate to the darker side of post-rock though (Goodspeed You Black Emperor, A Silver Mt. Zion, Russian Circles, plus some other bands that border on post-metal at times). I don't like post-rock that's overly twee and pretty/sparkley the whole album. I need some darker "heaviness".
