I get that it's a bit of an obscure band that's really only known for "Video Killed the Radio Star", and plenty of people don't even know they wrote that, but is anyone else a fan? They were a legitimately good band. Sure, they were short lived and only made two albums, but I love them and I'm wondering if anyone else does too. Geoff Downes has mad keyboard skills that I'd kill for, Trevor Horn is the most adorable dork ever, they were super innovative, and "The Age of Plastic" is one of the best albums ever written. Surely I can't be the only one who is aware of this?

I love all 80s music, MTV videos, all that jazz.
Sadly, internet killed the video star...

I don't know a whole lot about the Buggles, but they were pretty great! I especially like Linda Jardim, who sang some of the background vocals in "Video Killed the Radio Star." She only had a few solo songs, but I really like them. :D
