Here's a short Pop/Rap video I made at home on my iPhone (under quarantine) about some of my experiences on the spectrum - it's for World Autism Awareness Week. Hope you enjoy and can maybe relate? Let me know what you think.

I've got a lot of bars that reference autism and mental illness, since you know, it's easier to write about what you know. :nerdy:

I suspect that he found a karaoke version (ie a music bed, without words) of "Jump Around" by House of Pain, and used that as the foundation for his rap. But that's seems to be the only "sample".

Ha. You're close - all the music is my own but I do sing part of that refrain of Jump Around at one point, albeit with the words changed to 'jump up, jump up and meltdown' :-)
