How do you upload drawings without a scanner?

I haven't done it in years, but I would like to know how to upload drawings you did without a scanner. I don't have access to a scanner, so I don't know what else to do.

Before I had a scanner, I'd sometimes just take a top-down photo of my drawing with my phone, e-mail it to myself (or plug the phone into my computer via USB cable and transfer the file that way; either way works), and then import the photo of my drawing into an image editor and/or vector software (I use GIMP & Inkscape) to clean it up and make it look more presentable.

You can use a mobile app called camscanner

I'd go with a phone. If you've got space, there's probably somebody near you that's trying to get rid of a used all in one printer with scanning capability. That's how I got mine.
