Thanks! I didn't make the connection at first and thought it meant stereo sound.
I actually did a 15-hour music listening program for PTSD with my Occupational Therapist back in January. It seems very similar because all the songs were remastered to have special bilateral tones and recondition the nervous system.
It was called the Safe and Sound Protocol by Unyte. You pay for the app and it gives you a five hour playlist which has been modified to varying degrees. The first five hours the songs sound almost normal. The second five hours you hear the same songs in a different order and they're really changed quite a bit to accentuate highs and lows / be bilateral. The third time is like the first five hours again. It's hard to explain. I have the song list but unfortunately people can't just google the songs because they need to be the weird remastered versions available on the app, for it to affect their vagus nerve.
Sorry if it seems like I'm derailing, but if you're interested check out the Unyte app for Safe and Sound Protocol.

I was advised to have a support person with me when I listened because there was a chance I'd have a trauma meltdown during the middle five hours. I didn't melt down but I did hate it during the process. Now looking back I think it did help, but it was hard to know at the time because it was so gradual.
