Simple enough. Post the title, author, and series (if applicable) of a book you are currently reading. You don't have to be reading it RIGHT NOW, but you must be somewhere between start and finish.

Me, I picked up Lady Knight by Tamora Pierce at the school library this morning. It's the only one in the Protector of the Small series that i haven't read. (yes, i am a guy; yes, the main character is a girl; yes, there is some girly stuff in this book, but since the girl in question is a knight, it isn't THAT bad...)

The Critique on Pure Reason and Next by, Michael Crichton

Extremely loud & incredibly close (in italian), by Jonathan Safran Foer. It's a wonderful book. The main carachter, a weird boy called Oskar, seems to have Aspie traits

Black Sun Rising-C.S. Friedman-Coldfire trilogy. I had heard good things about this series and so far it lives up to the hype.

I'm also reading Dinosaurus:The Complete Field Guide to Dinosaurs by Steve Parker on the side.

I am trying to read "Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk.

This is my second time through the book. I have been wanting to read a really good book to get me out of the emotional muck I'm in but just can't get into any new books so I'm trying to sit through Choke again.

Chuck's book are far out, man!

I think the next book I'm going to sink my teeth into is a freaking entire encyclopedia. I just want to soak in a lot of raw data instead of reading some gloppy sappy story about how someone overcame their odds and rose above their hardships and everything comes out rosy and smelling like perfume.

Goethe's 'Faust' and the OED when I have time to go to the library.

Just finished with Gogol's "Dead Souls".
Currently reading David Lynch's "Catching the Big Fish" and Chen & Ankenman's "Mathematics of Poker".

God luck trying to read the encyclopedia, by the way - especially if it's one like the Encyclopaedia Brittanica. I used that encyclopedia quite a bit when I had to consult a print encyclopedia for various research projects, and I found the style to be very difficult, technical, jargon-filled, and precise.

Currently reading The Slaughter-House Five by Kurt Vonnegut. It's good to read something of my own choice for a change, after being assigned two consecutive pieces of crap for English class - The Great Gatsby and The Crucible.

I'm developing a taste for good psychological war novels, it seems. Stuff about how being in a war affects one's personality - all the disillusionment and uncertainty that follows. Stuff that breaks the cliche of the valiant (right word use?) and courageous soldier. Billy Pilgrim's character certainly breaks a lot of those cliches.

I'm currently immersed with reading Norwegian Wood, by Haruki Murakami, after recommendations from an online friend.

Perfume by Patrick Suskind (the English translation anyway).

I really want to see the film.
