For me, the top 5 songs are:

1. Low Rider, by War
2. So Into You, by the Atlanta Rhythm Section
3. Band on the Run, by Wings
4. I'm Still Standing, by Elton John
5. Mas Que Nada, by Sergio Mendes and Brazil 66

1. Running On Empty, by Jackson Browne
2. The Pretender, by Jackson Browne
3. Late For The Sky, by Jackson Browne
4. Take It Easy, by Jackson Browne
5. Rock Me On The Water, by Jackson Browne

I've been looping on the same album for over a month now. It's common for me to get locked into a particular artist for a period of time, but it doesn't usually last quite this long.

Apparently, classic rock is a type of music I thoroughly enjoy.

Ihad the "I dream of Jeannie " theme keeping me humming for almost three years.
Usually though I get classic rock but when I try to sing it out loud I cant remember the words exactlly. Everyone knows " Scuse me while I kiss this guy" by Hendrix and "OOOh, Theres a bathroom on the right." by Creedence Clearwater revival.
I've got " I feel like naked Doug" ( ie "I feel like making love") and " I left my brains down in Africa" ( "I felt the rains down in africa.")
Anybody remember years ago HBO had a show called "Snigglets"? Rich Little hosted and people wrote in with definitions for words that didn't but should exist. Mishearing song lyrics was one of the definitions. But I can't remember the word, and I'm probably wrong about the rest of that info too.

Right now it's Hurt So Good by John Mellencamp. If I'm not listening to music I always have some song in my head.

"I'm Still Standing" by Elton John echoes in my head often too. "Young Turks" by Rod Stewart also, as well as any Hall & Oates song.
