I have two -

1. - my daugther :)

and

2. - Ernie Barnes -

Barnes was a target for ridicule from the time he started the first grade through his junior year in high school, continually seeking refuge in his sketchbooks.

Easy. Luigi Serafini.
Of his work, I love the Codex Seraphinianus in particular.

Immured, what is "kitsch"? I love the pre-raphaelites. And I do love "The Shrine" (immured's avatar for those who are unsure). I posted a link to my favourite earlier in the thread. So many beautiful works from them all.

Last year they "toured" my home town for a week and I was in there for 3 out of the 5 days. It was amazing!

And to NightsideEclipse... those two are beautiful.

Was being insincere about the 'kitsch.'
You were lucky to be able to see the real thing.
They are very beautiful.
