My try at Pixel Art

Hi There,

Yesterday i begin to try to do pixel art. First attempt was an fail but second is better you will see. Both fo them are an "slime". By the way someone can explain me well the "Dithering" technique and how it's useful? Do not fear to give me somes tips and yes i know colors may be fade or just out but that my very firsts two tries

As for a person for whom pixel art is a mystery, this looks like an awesome start. How are you doing with art so far?
