When I was 10 I was completely and utterly obsessed with Nirvana and Kurt Cobain. I watched every video, read every book and article on the internet, owned every CD that was out at the time. Nirvana was probably my biggest obsession of all time, in fact.

Obsession = I have/have had/want nearly all of their albums -- in alphabetical order (more or less):

Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass
Suzanne Ciani
Emerson, Lake and Palmer
Enya
Mannheim Steamroller
Alan Parsons Project
Simon and Garfunkel
Vangelis

Gee, compiling that list made me happy! :D

Have to go now, must singlehandedly rescue the global economy by buying more CD's ...

OASIS, Definitely Maybe

Then my musical tastes switched to punkrock/melodic hardcore and I was a big fan of (in chronological order): Green Day; NOFX; Millencolin; Lagwagon; Rise Against.

Anyway, the biggest obsession remains OASIS

Probably the Goo Goo Dolls, because I just love them so much. I used to be pretty obsessed with Good Charlotte, the first real band I listened to that sculpted my musical tastes to come.

Green Day has been my first real music obsession. I just love their music and I listen to them all the time, but never more than now. Especially since I got the American Idiot and Warning CDs for Christmas this year.

Radiohead!

I collected all albums and b sides up to Kid A. I remember rummaging through CDs at 2nd hand stores looking for rare ones.....only to find they have been re-released recently!

Other bands...

Electrelane (Eletro/art/indie/punk/rock band from Brighton UK)
Au Revoir Simone (Synth band from NYC).
