While it was midly entertaining, the use of 50s film clips as a way to illustrate Ben Steins opinions shows that he is even WORSE than Michael Moore in demagoguery to an uneducated audience. I have really lost respect for Ben Stein after seeing him stoop so f*****g low. This is a movie for cud-chewin bible hicks :x .

Buhler? Buhler?...;)

He's supposed to be some sort of genius. But so was Bobby Fisher, and look how he turned out...;)

I thought it was an interesting film on the first amendment until they dragged the Nazis into it. Calling your opponent a Nazi is cheap.

Hey, it's the American dream!
Do little good, run your mouth without saying much about the truth but with plenty of emotional mix, and you can become a MILLIONARE!

I'm still trying to come up with my own angle on something to sell the ranks of that special class... the Stupid American.

Although the number of non-Americans who fell for Moore's crap and welcomed him with open arms to their countries, makes it enticing also!

I honestly didnt think Ben Stein would stoop That low. He ALMOST gives the impression of being an Aspie but thats probably a lot more to do with his *schtick* than his real character.

One of the Worst lies is shortly after he visits Hadamar he interviews a darwinist who answers No when Ben Stein asks if Hilter was insane. The answer to Mr. Steins question in fact, is Yes. Hitler WAS insane, he was schizoaffective. He had a completely distored understanding of Darwins theory of Evolution and also drew upon religious mythology to justify genocide against the jews. He wasnt using evolution to justify murdering the disabled and the mentally ill as much as he was using the age-old principle of 'might makes right'.

Episode 074 of the Skepticality podcast is about Expelled, and seems to give a good summary of the slant the film had from the start.

Pure hackery, and for people who complain about being censored, they monitored who could go to the preview screenings.
