Hi everyone,

One of my obsessions that I stated in another forum on WP is Commodore 64 synthesized music. And I absolutely love the music that Jeroen Tel composed for games. He's Dutch, but that doesn't matter - he's a brilliant musician! :P

Anybody else got some favourite Commodore 64 game music or composer?

Some of my other favourite C64 composers:

Johannes Bjerregaard
Thomas Mogensen
Rob Hubbard
Sean Connolly

didn't know there was a music genre out there for C64. However, there are free emulators (and games) out there on the web, that will turn your Pentium-powered gigabit/byte machine into the underpowered lapwarmer of days gone by. Do a Google..;) Same goes for Ataris, Vic20s, and even Mainframes...

Hi pakled (and everyone else!),

OK, pakled mentioned emulators. Let me give you all a couple of website links to the biggest C64 software archive and likewise, C64 music archive, together with a special music player to play all those music files.

Lemon 64 (software archive): http:\\www.lemon64.com

The High Voltage SID Collection (C64 SID music files): www.hvsc.c64.org

Enjoy!
