The movie "Amadeus" is one of my favorites. I'm not sure accurate it is, but mozart's character tends to act very aspyish. Either that or like he has extreme ADHD. The fact that he was socially inept but had extreme musical talent somewhat resembles einstein (who actually had high functioning autism rather than aspergers because he developed his speech late in life, and most aspies develope language on time or early). Do you think mozart was an aspie??

I know he was able to play very complex songs after hearing them just once, which is very savantish...possibly.

Genius like that is hard to classify.

I wouldn't diagnose based upon a movie, in any case.

Well, he certainly was the mozartistic composer of his era.

Luv that movie Amadeus. It helped me appreciate classical music for what it is. I think in the movie it did. I don't know about real life. I know he didn't want to teach music and was viewed as odd or eccentric. A hahahahahah....ha..ha..hee.

(me trying to do that crazy laugh)

Mozart was perhaps humanity's greatest supergenius. His childhood was so warped and his talent so transcendent that it's almost impossible to untangle where his various eccentricities came from.

I'm sure that a good case could be made from any number of theories.
